Your application will be submitted to the lender and The Finance Bunker will keep you updated on the progress. If successful, you will receive a pre-approval certificate from the lender.
Once the offer for your purchase has been accepted with a signed contract, The Finance Bunker will submit your loan for formal approval.
Once your loan documents are ready, your Broker will meet with you to sign the loan documents.
The Finance Bunker will be in touch with your Conveyancer to arrange Settlement with the lender.
